    Please read the following carefully before proceeding to make a purchase. Laced by Liszy strives to give the best experience to our customers so we urge you to read the following policies below to ensure that your experience with us is 100% satisfactory.

    ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, PROCESSING TIME FOR PAYMENT MY TAKE 2 - 3 DAYS FOR IT TO BE CLEARED. AFTER WHICH WE WILL START WORKING ON YOUR ORDER(S)

    Hey Dolls, processing time varies with each product or service, so please choose appropriately.

    For Pre-made Units, please expect a processing time of up to 7 - 14 business days for your Pre-made Units to be customized and styled. When choosing this option please ensure that you have your correct head measurements/circumference for a comfortable and secure fit. Laced by Liszy WILL NOT be responsible for incorrect measurements. If you are unsure of how to properly measure your head circumference, there is a chart available on our site for refences.

    For Custom Units, please expect a processing time of up to 7 - 14 business days for your order to be made, customized and styled. Please note that business days does not include holidays or weekends. Therefore, business days are calculated starting with the immediate business day after which your order has been placed.

    For Supply Your Own Hair, please expect a turnaround time of up to 3 - 7 business days for your Unit to be made, customized or styled. (local customers ONLY).

    **Please note that the prices quoted on our flyer for our BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles) Service are base prices and does NOT include bleaching your knots or customization. These would be classified as add-ons and will incure an additional cost if requested.

    SHIPPING

    Orders over $100 will require your Billing and Shipping Address to MATCH.

    Laced by Liszy is NOT responsible for package(s) once it has been received by the courier service.

    *Shipping within Canada: 5 - 7 business days

    *Shipping to the U.S: 6 - 10 business days.

    Please note, for orders that has been placed by international customers, there may be custom fees and duties that is required by your country of residence in order for you to received your package. As the buyer YOU are responsible for paying these fees.

    **Due to the Pandemic, major holidays/sale seasons, such as Black Friday, Thanks Giving and Christmas, shipping times are subject to delays**

    REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

    Due to the nature of the business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be accepted unless there is an error on the sellers behalf. (Please be advised that ALL orders are inspected before being packaged and shipped and will include an invoice of your purchase. Proof of seller at fault is needed to qualify for a refund.) PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOM UNITS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE.

    Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours after delivery. Hair must be unworn and in original packaging. (Cannot be unraveled, brushed, combed, colored, cut, washed, conditioned or altered in any way.) Please complete exchange form in the contact section on our website. Please be advised that buyer is responsible for return shipping unless determined that seller is at fault. If exchange request is not submitted within the allotted timeframe, it will be disqualified. For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us with a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOM UNITS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    Please be advised that Laced by Liszy is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items and your order(s) will not be replaced if this is the case. If you are unavailable during your packages’ estimated delivery time, please contact your local post office and have your items held until you are available for pick up.
